If your lighting fixture arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the issue is caused by an error on our part, Starnagel will be responsible for resolving the issue. Where a return is required, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
