I returned the pendant, and ordered 3 to hang over our kitchen island. All 3 arrived in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. The pendants are thick in structure and look to be of good quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. I gave it a 4 star only due to the first one shipped was chipped.
