I notice this every day now, which is probably the best compliment I can give it compared with what was there before for our setup.

Once it was in place, it changed the balance of the console more than I expected compared with what was there before. The fabric gives it just enough texture without making it feel busy. Nothing about it feels out of place.

Now that the space has settled, the appeal is subtle, but it really changes the room during everyday use. I like having a softer light source in this part of the room. It feels like a good fit for the space we actually live in. I would buy it again.
