From my usual spot, this brought the nightstand together without making it feel overdone for our setup. It works well for the quieter parts of the day.

After the first few days, the room feels less empty and more lived in now that the room is finished. The lamp gives the surface a finished look without crowding it. Nothing about it feels out of place.
