The Aurelia Slim Alabaster Linear Wall Light features a minimalist cylindrical form crafted from natural alabaster. Installation Note – Round Backplate Included

This fixture is supplied with a 4.7-inch (12 cm) round backplate for U.S. and Canadian installations. The backplate is designed to provide a suitable mounting surface and help cover the electrical junction box. Whether to use this accessory depends on the customer's preference.

Please note: The round backplate may be visible after installation and may affect the overall appearance of the fixture.

Installation Notes

Hardwired installation — a licensed electrician is recommended if you are not experienced with wall wiring.
Must be connected to an external wall switch (not included) to control the power supply.
The mounting plate measures 38 cm (15″) on the Short version and 58 cm (22.8″) on the Long version — check your wall space and junction box position before ordering.
Damp-rated — suitable for bathrooms where steam and humidity are present. Do not install in direct contact with water (e.g., inside a shower enclosure or directly above a bathtub).
Handle the alabaster shade with care — natural stone may chip if dropped or struck.

Looking at the whole setup, it gave the hallway a more settled, finished look in person.
