Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After living with it a little, this was the missing piece near the entry in person.

From where I usually see it, it has more presence in person, but not in an overwhelming way once everything else was in place.

For us, the longer it has been in the room, the more I appreciate it during everyday use. It works well as part of the room rather than looking like an afterthought. It has enough presence to matter, but it still feels easy.
