A warm-white LED at 2700–3000 K is ideal for dining — the warmth passes beautifully through the opal glass and creates the intimate, flattering glow that works best over a dinner table. A filament Edison bulb is also visible through the glass and adds a decorative element when the shades are viewed at an angle.

Most of the time, it brought just enough visual interest to the space with the rest of the room. I like how it defines the spot underneath without making the room feel smaller. I would make the same choice again. I can see us keeping it for a long time.
