The appeal is subtle, but it really changes the room now that the room is finished. The lamp gives the surface a finished look without crowding it. It still catches my eye, but in a good way. It feels right for the room.

In actual use, this is interesting enough to notice but quiet enough to keep long term now that the room is finished. It works well for the quieter parts of the day. The effect is noticeable without being dramatic. It feels right for the room.

In actual use, this has settled into the room really naturally after living with it for a bit. Nothing about it feels out of place. It works with the rest of the room rather than competing with it. I am glad we went with it.
