Black travertine and walnut — cosmic unknown, grounded beauty.

Unveil a new dimension of lighting with the Cosma Ring Pendant. A cylindrical black travertine body with a subtly rugged surface is encircled by a warm, richly toned walnut wood band — a natural embrace that softens the stone's industrial edge. Suspended on a sleek black cord, it emits a soft, inviting glow ideal for kitchen islands, dining tables, or sophisticated commercial spaces.

About the black travertine — genuine natural stone with a matte black surface finish

The body of this pendant is made from genuine travertine stone. To create a deep, even black aesthetic, the stone surface is finished with a matte black coating — rather than left in its natural off-white state. This is an intentional design choice: the weight, density, and natural pore structure of genuine travertine are preserved, while the surface colour is controlled. The entire stone presents a consistent matte black — this is exactly as it was designed to be.

Natural travertine — formed by geological processes

Travertine is formed in the natural environment through thousands of years of complex physical and chemical processes. Even beneath the black surface, the pore distribution and stone characteristics of each piece remain entirely unique.

There is a little more atmosphere in the room now with the rest of the room. I like how it defines the spot underneath without making the room feel smaller. I am glad I did not choose something more complicated. It feels right for the room.
