I thought this would be a small update, but the wall light feels less risky and more like the obvious choice. The everyday test for me is simple: the wall light feels familiar in the room surprisingly quickly.

What works visually is that the hallway feels finished but still relaxed. The choice felt less obvious online; now the wall light feels much more natural in the room than it did on screen.

When I am not thinking about the design at all, I still notice that the wall light fits naturally into the way the stair landing functions. On slower evenings at home, the stair landing feels more inviting.

I was worried that this wouldnt put out enough light. I put it put out a very beautiful glow. It has a great heaviness to it but does come with heavy wall mounts.
