Looking at the whole space together, the guest room feels more balanced than it did before. The design feels considered without making daily use of the guest room any more complicated.

At night, the bedroom feels more inviting.

On busy days, I like that the table lamp fits naturally into the way the guest room functions. The more I look at the room, the more I think the guest room has more definition without losing its simplicity. What I like about the design is that the table lamp feels intentional without looking overly styled. What surprised me in regular use is that I enjoy it most when the room is being used normally. It has a little more visual presence than I pictured, though the extra presence ended up being a positive.
