Meet the Edison Marlo — a wall lamp that doubles as a character. The amber-toned metal shell pays tribute to the filament era while the precision-crafted tubular acrylic body gives it a modern edge. Integrated LED runs the length of the tube, casting the warm glow of the classic Edison aesthetic without the energy waste. The coiled cord detail adds a shot of raw industrial energy. Plug-in — no hardwiring, no electrician required

The Edison Marlo runs on a 59″ (150 cm) cord with an inline on/off switch — simply plug into any standard wall outlet. Mount the body to the wall with the included hardware, run the cord to the nearest socket, and you're done. Ideal for renters, studio apartments, and spaces where hardwiring isn't practical.

What works visually is that the bedroom feels more intentional from more than one angle. When I turn the other lights down, the bedroom feels softer without losing definition. What I like about the design is that the design is noticeable up close and calmer from a distance. I keep coming back to the fact that the room feels better without asking for any extra effort.

The longer this has been in the stair landing, the more I appreciate that the piece feels useful and visually settled at the same time. The plug-in setup made it easy to try the light in a few places before settling on one. I appreciate it most after sunset because the atmosphere feels relaxed without becoming dramatic.
