When the room is not styled for anything, I like that the chandelier fits naturally into the way the bedroom functions. The room did not need more furniture; it needed one detail, and now the chandelier makes the room feel considered rather than decorated. By the time we are winding down, the bedroom feels more inviting. I wanted one design choice with a little character, and the design is noticeable up close and calmer from a distance.

When the daylight is gone, the stair landing feels softer without losing definition. What has lasted beyond the first impression is that I notice the chandelier in passing more than I expected. I went back and forth before ordering, but the chandelier feels much more natural in the room than it did on screen. At a glance, the chandelier makes the room feel considered rather than decorated. Styling the rest of the stair landing was easy because the design feels distinctive but still easy to mix with what I already own.

I expected an adjustment period, but the scale of the idea feels right once it is part of the whole room. At first I thought it might be too noticeable, and I would make the same choice for this space.
