What keeps it from feeling too much is that the table lamp adds interest without turning the space into a theme. The more I look at the room, the more I think the room has a stronger visual center.

What I like about the design is that the table lamp gives the room contrast without feeling trendy. Seen from the other side of the room, the entry feels finished but still relaxed.

From across the room, the bedroom feels more intentional from more than one angle.

From a few steps back, the room looks more resolved without feeling fuller. The design reads slightly bolder in person than I expected, and I would still choose it again.
