The more I look at the room, the more I think the dining room has a clearer focal point without feeling busy. I appreciate it most after sunset because the room feels less flat. The dining room feels more personal because the chandelier adds interest without turning the space into a theme. I chose this during the last stretch of a room refresh, and it gave the dining room a clear finishing point.

In softer evening light, the living room feels especially comfortable.

I appreciate it most after sunset because the stair landing feels especially comfortable. The crystal reads more naturally in person than I expected from the photos. The piece asks for a bit more visual breathing room than I expected, but it settled into the room better than I expected.

From the doorway, the chandelier makes the room feel considered rather than decorated. On ordinary weeknights, the chandelier gives the room a more settled feel. When I am not thinking about the design at all, I still notice that I enjoy it most when the room is being used normally.
