On busy days, I like that I notice the ceiling light in passing more than I expected.

Seen from the other side of the room, the ceiling light makes the room feel considered rather than decorated. Up close, the wood gives the piece some depth without making it feel heavy.

The wood is a nice detail, especially because the overall design still feels balanced. With the other pieces doing less, the design has personality without dictating the rest of the room.

Walking into the bedroom, I notice that the room has a stronger visual center. I like that the ceiling light feels useful and decorative at the same time.
