For this room, the room reads as more complete. The photos had me curious, but the real surprise is that the overall presence feels easier than I expected. The best sign for me is that the piece feels useful and visually settled at the same time. The wall light works quietly in the background, which is part of why I like it.

Looking at the room as a whole, the reading corner has more definition without losing its simplicity. In real life, the room feels better without asking for any extra effort. I had to simplify what I placed around it, but I like the room more now than before.
