The Fulcrum Alabaster Wall Sconce projects a short, straight metal arm from a round wall plate to a small pivot joint, from which a tapered cone shade of natural alabaster hangs and points downward. The result is a compact, tailored task-style sconce with a soft stone glow. It comes in three metal finishes: Brass, Nickel, and Black.

Dust the alabaster shade gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the stone.
Wipe the metal arm and plate with a soft, dry cloth; disconnect power before cleaning or servicing.

As the room shifts into evening, the reading corner feels more inviting. Even when the room is a little messy, the piece feels useful and visually settled at the same time. Compared with before, the reading corner feels finished but still relaxed. I wanted one design choice with a little character, and the wall light stands out without making everything else compete. The alabaster reads more naturally in person than I expected from the photos.
