LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For us, I keep noticing how well this chandelier holds its place without taking over the room.

Later in the day, the stair landing feels warmer and more settled with this chandelier on; it has been easy to live with. My wife liked it right away; I needed a little longer, and now I probably appreciate it more than she does.

There is a better sense of balance in our breakfast area now; nothing else had to change for it to work, which is why it does not feel like a short-term choice. It works with the furniture we already had, which saved me from feeling like I needed to restyle the breakfast area. We use the breakfast area all the time, and this chandelier still feels like a good choice rather than something I bought just for looks. The room feels easier on the eyes in the evening, and I like that the effect is subtle.

I like the branch-like form; it reads as intentional without feeling overly decorative. The biggest change is how much more finished the living room feels with this chandelier in place.
