After seeing the whole setup together, the entry has a clearer focal point without feeling busy.

I thought the design might ask too much of the room, but the overall presence feels easier than I expected. From the hall, the room feels pulled together without looking staged. I stopped overthinking the choice once I realized that the wall light feels familiar in the room surprisingly quickly. As a design choice, the design is noticeable up close and calmer from a distance.
