From the sofa, the table lamp adds presence without making the room feel heavy. I did not buy it just for photos, and thankfully it feels like a natural part of the room now. What I like about the design is that the table lamp adds interest without turning the space into a theme. After dinner, the table lamp gives the room a more settled feel.

In softer evening light, the room feels more lived-in and relaxed. Now that I see it with the rest of the room, the room reads as more complete. The photos had me curious, but the real surprise is that the table lamp feels less risky and more like the obvious choice.

What I see now is that the room reads as more complete. I did not know whether the room could carry it, but the room handles the design better than I thought it would. The overall presence is a bit more noticeable than I anticipated, and I am glad I did not switch to the safer option.
