The Harebell Alabaster Wall Sconce hangs a bell-shaped shade of natural alabaster from a tall, gracefully arched tubular arm. The arm rises from a round wall plate with a trio of knurled studs and arcs up and over to the shade. It comes in three metal finishes: Nickel, Matte Black, and Brass.

At first I thought it might be too noticeable, but the room feels better with it now.

For evening use, I like that the wall light gives the room a more settled feel. I thought I might need to redesign around it, but the room feels more settled than I expected from one change. In person, the living room feels finished but still relaxed.

I expected an adjustment period, but the wall light is easier to live with than the photos made me think.

Without changing the furniture, the reading corner feels finished but still relaxed. For daily living, I like that the design is easy to live with instead of demanding attention. At the point when the room usually felt flat, the atmosphere feels intentional rather than accidental. I went back and forth on whether the room needed something this distinctive, and the final balance feels right.
