In everyday life, the candle holder feels easy to live with rather than precious. This looked interesting online, but it makes much more sense once it is part of an actual room. The more I look at the arrangement, the more the room feels more considered with one stronger object. I chose this at the end of a room refresh, and it turned out to be the right final detail.

Someone always seems to ask about this piece when they see the sideboard.

The longer it is here, the more it feels like it belongs. I like that the candle holder adds character without making the dining table feel staged. The photos made it feel more formal than it does in my actual space.
