I appreciate it most because the wall light feels familiar in the room surprisingly quickly. During the last part of the day, the reading corner has a nicer rhythm. The first thing I noticed was that the wall light feels connected to the room rather than added on.

As the stair landing becomes part of the day, it feels like a natural part of the room now. I thought I might need to redesign around it, but the wall light feels much more natural in the room than it did on screen. What I notice after dark is that the atmosphere feels intentional rather than accidental.

With everything else left alone, the wall light makes the room feel considered rather than decorated. When I turn the other lights down, the wall light gives the room a more settled feel. When nobody is paying attention to the room, I notice the wall light in passing more than I expected. With fewer decorative pieces around it, the wall light feels intentional without looking overly styled.
