The nighttime difference is that the entry feels softer without losing definition. Looking at the room as a whole, the table lamp gives the room structure without dominating it.

My main hesitation was how it would sit with everything else, yet the table lamp feels much more natural in the room than it did on screen. What makes the design successful here is that the room can stay simple while the table lamp carries enough character on its own. As the room shifts into evening, the atmosphere feels intentional rather than accidental. This was the missing visual step for me because the table lamp gives the room structure without dominating it. On busy days, I like that I notice the table lamp in passing more than I expected.

Looking at the whole space together, the table lamp adds presence without making the room feel heavy. The overall presence is a bit more noticeable than I anticipated, but it settled into the room better than I expected.
