The Liora Raffia Semi-Flush Ceiling Light brings a warm natural texture to the ceiling with its handwoven raffia shade and scalloped petal-like edge. Hardwired ceiling installation is required; a licensed electrician is recommended.
The semi-flush design is suitable for bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, hallways, entryways, and breakfast nooks.
Uses an E27 LED bulb. A 3000K E27 LED bulb is included as a gift.
Choose the 17.7″ size for smaller bedrooms or entryways, the 19.7″ size for standard rooms, and the 23.6″ size for wider dining or living spaces.
Dust the raffia shade gently with a soft dry cloth or feather duster. Keep away from water, steam, and damp cleaning.

I was more cautious about this choice than usual, but the ceiling light feels less risky and more like the obvious choice. As part of our normal routine, the ceiling light has become part of the routine rather than a special feature. At a glance, the empty areas around the furniture make more sense.

This went in just before family came to stay, and the entry finally felt ready.

I did not buy it just for photos, and thankfully the room still works the same way, it just feels more pleasant. I thought I might need to redesign around it, but the room handles the design better than I thought it would. When we are winding down, the room feels easier to settle into.
