In a space that gets used a lot, the pendant fits in better than it did in my head. The lighting feels more deliberate now, but still comfortable for everyday use. The longer it is here, the more natural it feels.

With the breakfast area otherwise left alone, this pendant looks considered without feeling staged, without asking for much else. The look is slightly bolder than I pictured, but it worked once the rest of the room settled around it.

For the kitchen, the overall design feels calm enough for everyday life, especially in the evening. I would make the same choice again for this room. I appreciate it more now than I did on the first day. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way.
