If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

It took me longer than expected to decide how simple to keep the main room around this chandelier, but I like the result.

With our existing pieces around it, this choice adds presence without taking over, especially in the evening. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way. I like that the chandelier feels important in the room without making everything else feel secondary.
