For the amount of change we wanted, this wall light feels like it belongs there now, especially in the evening.

In the actual reading area, this wall light brings the room together without doing too much. The ceramic is one of those details I appreciate when I am close to it, not something that dominates the room.

With the main furniture staying put, the wall light fits in better than it did in my head, even on completely ordinary days. I kept the rest of the hallway almost the same, and this still changed the balance.
