Installation & Care

Mount to a secure ceiling structure using hardware suitable for the fixture weight; installation should follow local electrical requirements.
We recommend installation by a licensed electrician, who can also shorten the chain if a lower drop is needed.
Wipe the alabaster globe and metal chain and canopy gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners.
Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing the fixture.
As a natural stone product, veining and tone vary piece to piece; slight variation from reference images is normal.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
