Two half-moon alabaster shades curve outward from a single rod on symmetrical arms, like a pair of crescent moons in profile. Each shade is carved from Spanish alabaster — 100% imported from Spain — with its own pattern of natural veining. An integrated 3000K LED sits hidden above each shade, casting light downward through the stone in a soft, even wash. Available in two sizes, it suits a dining table for two, a bedside pairing, or a small reading nook.

For this corner of the house, this pendant makes the room feel more intentional, even on completely ordinary days. It has a little more visual presence than I expected, so I simplified the area around it, but I like the result.

For the overall feel of the room, the overall design adds interest without making the room feel busy, even on completely ordinary days. I like how the pendant creates a clear center for the space without overcomplicating it. I was able to keep the rest of the room simple, which is exactly what I wanted.

For the breakfast area, the new addition makes the space feel more settled, which is what I wanted. I like it a lot; I just had to edit the surrounding decor so the space did not feel too busy.
