The beads are turned from genuine ash wood. Grain pattern and tone vary naturally between pieces — this is an inherent quality of natural wood, not a defect.

Looking at the kitchen as a whole, this pendant feels distinctive without being difficult to work around, without asking for much else. This made the nighttime version of the room feel just as considered as the daytime one. I have not felt the urge to keep adjusting the rest of the room around it.
