Installation Notes

Hardwired wall mount — junction box required. Licensed electrician recommended.
Mount at eye level (60–66″ from floor) for hallway, accent, or vanity. For bedside reading, 30–36″ above the mattress. The slim 31.5″ height works well above narrow consoles or in stacked pairs.
Alabaster is heavier than glass — confirm your junction box is rated for the additional load before mounting.
Unpack the alabaster cylinder gently; natural stone can chip if knocked against the box edge.

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
