I notice the iron more in person than I expected, and it gives the design some depth without taking over. I would make the same choice again for this room. I notice the difference most when the rest of the room is quiet and the light is on. It feels special without forcing the rest of the room to match it. It gives the space a little more identity without changing everything else.

Gorgeous light! Two things to keep in mind though, I had an electrician assemble and install it. It came in about 1000 pieces. Also, no matter how warm of a lightbulb I put in it, the light still comes across as fairly white/cool. But its an absolute stunner of a fixture and I love it.
