I could not tell from the photos how it would land, and the overall presence feels easier than I expected. Later at night, the room feels more lived-in and relaxed.

The longer this has been in the dining room, the more I appreciate that the design is easy to live with instead of demanding attention.

For me, the biggest difference is that the living room has a clearer focal point without feeling busy. During the last part of the day, the room feels easier to settle into.

I was prepared for the room to feel busier, yet the scale of the idea feels right once it is part of the whole room. With the room viewed as one composition, the chandelier feels connected to the room rather than added on. The piece asks for a bit more visual breathing room than I expected, but I like the room more now than before.
