For the room, this pendant works with what we already owned surprisingly well, especially in the evening. The fixture feels like part of the architecture now rather than an afterthought.

Looking at the breakfast area as a whole, this choice feels much more natural than I expected. I like the final look a lot; I just had to simplify the nearby decor more than planned.
