For the bedside, the table lamp gives the space a stronger point of view. I would still choose it again, though it asks for a little more visual breathing room than I expected. The mushroom shape gives it some personality without making the room feel overly styled. I like having this on at night even when the rest of the room is fairly quiet. It has held my attention without getting tiring.

The mushroom shape is distinctive, but the overall piece still feels easy to live with. It gave the guest room a clearer focal point without making everything else compete. It feels intentional without needing a lot of explanation. The effect is more about the whole space than the table lamp by itself.

In the actual corner, the new addition feels distinctive without being difficult to work around, even on completely ordinary days. I like the mushroom shape more in person because it reads as a quiet design choice rather than a gimmick. It makes the room feel finished without making it feel staged.
