In the hallway, the new addition changed the room more than I expected, especially in the evening. It works with the rest of the room instead of making everything else feel like background. I expected this to be more of a statement piece, but it actually settles into the room very easily. It has enough personality to be noticed without dictating the whole room.

In the breakfast area, this pendant feels calm enough for everyday life, without asking for much else. Someone in my family immediately said the breakfast area looked more finished, which was exactly the reaction I hoped for. This was one of the last things we added after renovating the room, and it made the space feel finished. There is a better sense of balance in the breakfast area since this went in.

In the room, the overall design looks considered without feeling staged, which is what I wanted. The room has more identity now, while still feeling like our home.
