For the balance of the bedroom, the new addition gives the space a stronger point of view, which is what I wanted. It works well with the way we actually live in the space, not just how the room looks in photos.

Looking at the reading area as a whole, this wall light makes the room feel more intentional, especially in the evening. Nothing about it feels fussy in everyday life.
