The Ondulie Ruffle Fabric Pendant Light layers two tiers of finely pleated fabric, each finished with a wavy, piped edge that curls like a soft petal. It hangs from a twisted fabric cord and a natural wood canopy, and the bulb glows warm through both layers. It comes in three sizes, 40cm, 50cm and 60cm wide, with an E26 or E27 3000K LED bulb included.

Setup & Care

Turn off power at the breaker before installing. A licensed electrician is recommended.
Set the hanging height on the cord, then fix the wood canopy to the ceiling junction box.
Remove dust from the pleats with a soft brush or a vacuum on low with a brush head. Do not wash or wet the fabric.
Use the included LED bulb or another low-heat LED, and let it cool before changing.

With the rest of the room unchanged, the overall design looks considered without feeling staged, especially in the evening. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way.

From the doorway into the dining area, the new addition feels distinctive without being difficult to work around, without asking for much else. I notice the difference most when the rest of the room is quiet and the light is on.

For the way the space already worked, the new addition gives the space a stronger point of view, which suits our home. It has enough character to be noticed, but it still works with everything else. The room has more depth now, but it is still comfortable.
