The Orbit Alabaster Chandelier is built around two intersecting circular metal rings that cross through a central vertical rod, forming an open, orbital frame. Round natural alabaster ball shades sit at the ring intersections and along their curves. Choose 4 or 6 shades — both at the same L 22.8″ x H 29.1″ overall size — in Brushed Brass, Brushed Nickel, or Matte Black.

Each ball shade is natural alabaster, so veining, tone, and translucency vary from piece to piece and from the photos — a mark of genuine stone, not a defect.

For our normal weeknight routine, this choice changed the room more than I expected, without asking for much else. I would make the same choice again for this room.

With no need to redesign the room, the chandelier gives the room a clearer sense of balance, even on completely ordinary days. It gives the room a nicer evening rhythm without drawing too much attention to itself. I like that it gives the entryway character without feeling like a trend piece. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way. It changed the mood of the room without forcing me to change the furniture around it.

In the main room, this chandelier gives the room a clearer sense of balance, and that matters more to me than any single detail. The lighting feels more deliberate now, but still comfortable for everyday use.
