Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Without making other changes to the entryway, the overall design works with what we already owned surprisingly well, which is what I wanted. It gives the room enough presence without making the lighting feel theatrical. We added this while finishing the room after our move, and it helped the space finally feel like ours. It feels like part of the room rather than an add-on.
