Travertine naturally contains small pores, fissures, and tonal variations formed during its geological development. These are authentic characteristics of genuine stone, not manufacturing defects.

Default color temperature: Warm White (3000K)

All standard orders ship in Warm White (3000K). If you require Neutral White (4000K) or Cool White (6000K), please contact our support team before placing your order.

3000K — Warm, cozy ambiance. 4000K — Balanced neutral white. 6000K — Crisp, bright cool white.

LED light sources are built to last, with an exceptionally long service life under normal use. For added peace of mind, we offer an ongoing light source support service — should your LED ever fail, we will always be able to provide a compatible replacement. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

If your lighting arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will work with you to resolve it and provide a prepaid return label when a return is required.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
