In the main room, the new addition turned out to be exactly enough of an update. It has been one of the easier design decisions to live with. The chandelier gave the space a sense of occasion without making everyday dinners feel formal.

As part of the whole dining room, this chandelier gives the room a clearer sense of balance, even on completely ordinary days.
