The Panama Fabric Pendant tapers a fabric shade from a narrow black-trimmed neck to a wide base wrapped in a woven straw band, with black piped edges top and bottom. It's available in four sizes, from Dia 40cm to 80cm, each on a round black canopy with a 78.7″ / 2m adjustable cord.

Installation & Care

Mount to a secure ceiling junction box using the round black canopy; installation should follow local electrical requirements.
Fit one E26 or E27 warm 3000K bulb; the 78.7″ / 2m suspension cord adjusts at installation to suit your ceiling height.
Dust the fabric shade and woven straw band gently, or spot-clean with a barely damp cloth and let air dry — avoid soaking, which can discolor the fabric or loosen the straw weave.
Disconnect power before cleaning or servicing the fixture.
Intended for indoor, dry use.

For the breakfast area, this choice adds enough character without feeling loud, which is what I wanted. Nothing about it feels fussy in everyday life. It has enough character to be noticed, but it still works with everything else. The lighting feels more deliberate now, but still comfortable for everyday use.

With the bigger pieces staying exactly where they were, the pendant brings the room together without doing too much. The fixture feels like part of the architecture now rather than an afterthought. The room has more identity now, while still feeling like our home.

In the breakfast area, this choice looks considered without feeling staged, and that matters more to me than any single detail. It has enough character to be noticed, but it still works with everything else. That balance was exactly what I was hoping for.
