With the bigger pieces staying exactly where they were, this floor lamp changed the room more than I expected, and I like that balance.

After sunset, the reading corner has a softer, more intentional feel. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way. It gives the room a nicer evening rhythm without drawing too much attention to itself.

I like that it gives the bedroom character without feeling like a trend piece. I have not felt the urge to keep adjusting the rest of the room around it.
