It made the bedroom feel designed without making it feel staged. I cared more about the mood of the room than making a statement, and this landed in the right place. I expected this to be more of a statement piece, but it actually settles into the room very easily. I notice the difference most when the rest of the room is quiet and the light is on.

I got this light for our room to have next to the bed for reading. We are able to have the main light off, with this light on to read, and easily turn it off to go to bed.

Beautiful lamp; easy to put together. Gives lots of light considering the type of bulb it is. We have very low ceilings (old house), and the height of the light is perfect for our needs.
