The cord is adjustable — it can be shortened at installation to suit your ceiling height.
Dust the rope and rattan shade with a soft, dry cloth or brush; avoid soaking in water, which may weaken the natural fibers.
Disconnect power before cleaning, servicing, or replacing the bulb.
As a natural fiber product, grain and tone vary piece to piece; slight variation from reference images is normal.
Intended for indoor, dry use.

The dining area feels easier to settle into once the day winds down.

I have used the adjustable part more than I expected, and it feels like a practical bonus rather than the whole reason to buy it.

With no major changes around it, the pendant brings the room together without doing too much, even on completely ordinary days. The fixture feels like part of the architecture now rather than an afterthought. This fits our day-to-day life better than the more elaborate options I considered. I am glad I left the rest of the space fairly simple around it. There is a much nicer sense of atmosphere in the room now.

It added presence to the hallway without making the space feel busy. I would still choose it again, though it asks for a little more visual breathing room than I expected. I appreciate it more now than I did on the first day. I would make the same choice again for this room. The light has become one of the things that makes the room feel settled at the end of the day.
