The living room needed something, and this turned out to be exactly enough. The room has a better sense of warmth at night now, without feeling heavy. I notice the difference most when the rest of the room is quiet and the light is on. It has been one of the easier design decisions to live with. The difference is subtle, but the living room feels much more considered now.

What I like most is how naturally it sits with the rest of the reading corner. Nothing about it feels fussy in everyday life. The fixture feels like part of the architecture now rather than an afterthought. The room has more depth now, but it is still comfortable.

For our corner, this ended up being the detail that made everything click. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way. I like the way the space feels at night now, especially on quiet evenings at home.

I loved it for my front entryway. I measured and thought it would work, but the ceiling is not that high and the door is also there. Called them and they sent out a replacement rod! So now it works. I saw these in a lovely hotel restaurant and searched for them. I've enjoyed using them in various places in my home but I expect they will be favorited in the center of tables outside in the summer. I just used two last week at a friends wedding and they added the effect of candle light without the fire. They added a nice ambiance, as did the ones at the restaurant where I originally saw them.

It took me awhile to install. Need better instructions. Had to watch a video online to understand how to wire this type of light fixture. But it looks great once I installed it.
