The Ridge Arm Wall Lamp is a plug-in take on vintage swing-arm design, with an elongated custom shade profile that directs light exactly where you want it. It mounts with two screws and plugs into any standard outlet — no hardwiring or electrician — and an inline switch on the cord turns it on and off. Adjustable arms and a pivoting shade give directional control, whether flanking a bed, lining a hallway, or accenting a reading corner.

We brought this in not long after moving, and it helped the room lose that temporary feeling. The lighting feels more deliberate now, but still comfortable for everyday use. It makes the room feel finished without making it feel staged. I find myself turning it on earlier in the evening because I like the room better that way. The longer it is here, the more natural it feels.

The photos made it look more formal than it feels in our home, which was a pleasant surprise. The hallway has more identity now, while still feeling like our home.
